Reyes Carpet Cleaning Inc. provides professional carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, carpet stretching, carpet installation, carpet repair, oriental rug cleaning, house cleaning (deep and regular), and 24-hour water damage removal services in the North Georgia area.

All services are performed by our owner-operator team. We do not use subcontractors.

3. Estimates and Quotes

All quotes and estimates provided on our website or over the phone are subject to on-site inspection and may be adjusted based on actual conditions. Prices displayed on our website are starting prices and represent typical scenarios. The final price will be confirmed before service begins.

We provide free, no-obligation estimates. The price we quote is the price you pay — no hidden fees.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of up to $50.

Emergency services (water damage) are non-cancellable once our team is dispatched.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, credit cards, Zelle, and Venmo.

For commercial or large residential projects, we may require a deposit before service begins.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of our service, contact us within 7 days and we will re-clean the affected area at no additional charge.

This guarantee does not apply to stains or damage that existed prior to service or were disclosed as potentially permanent during the initial assessment.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear not disclosed prior to service
• Damage caused by defective or worn materials
• Color loss or shrinkage in carpets or fabrics that are beyond their usable life
• Items not moved or protected by the customer

We carry general liability insurance for your protection. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

8. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Use automated systems to scrape or copy content without permission
• Submit false or misleading information through our forms
